Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

On 21 January 2009 the Company disclosed that the Lamia Trust, of which a Director of the Company, Ayman Asfari, and his close family are beneficiaries had granted security of up to 11 million shares of US$0.02 in the Company (the "Shares") against a loan arrangement with Lloyds TSB (formerly Bank of Scotland).

The Company hereby announces that these Shares are now free from any encumbrance following the repayment of the loan on 13 February 2012.

Following the release of these shares Mr Asfari's beneficial interest in the Shares of the Company remains unchanged. He continues to have a beneficial interest in 62,837,968 Shares, none of which has any encumbrance of any sort and which represent 18.17 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
