Under the 2010 resolution passed by the Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ("Princess" or the "Company") to implement a share buyback program, Princess repurchased 0 shares in October 2021.

As of 31 October 2021, there were 69'151'168 shares outstanding and the total voting rights as at 31 October 2021 were 69'151'168.
