Princess resumes dividend payments

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (Princess or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of EUR 0.22 to be paid on each Ordinary Share on 15 July 2011. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 10 June 2011. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 8 June 2011.

Going forward, the Company intends to pay dividends semi-annually following the publication of the quarterly reports as of 31 March and 30 September. The Board of Directors currently expects to declare a second interim dividend for the year 2011 after the publication of the quarterly report as of 30 September 2011. The Company's dividend objective remains to pay an annual target dividend of, in aggregate, 5-8% of NAV per share. This is a target only, does not represent a forecast and is not guaranteed.

Brian Human, Chairman, comments: "We are delighted to announce the resumption of the Company's dividend program and to declare an interim dividend during this financial year to our investors. The EUR 0.22 per share, to be paid in July, translates to an annualized dividend yield of 5.1% based on the NAV as of 31 March 2011. Moreover, at the current discount to NAV at which Princess' shares are trading, the interim dividend translates to an annualized dividend yield of 6.7% based on yesterday's closing price of EUR 6.58 on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. We believe that the attractive dividend yield of Princess' shares will appeal to new investors and we are fully committed to the payment of dividends in the coming years."
