Declaration of first interim dividend for FY 2025

The Board of Directors of Partners Group Private Equity Limited today declares a first interim dividend of EUR 0.375 per share for FY 2025, in-line with previous guidance to distribute 5% p.a. of the previous year's closing NAV, via semi-annual payments.

The first interim dividend will be paid on 13 June 2025. The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 9 May 2025 and the corresponding ex-dividend date will be 8 May 2025. The last dates for the currency election and the dividend re-investment plan will be 9 May 2025 and 23 May 2025 respectively.

Shareholders wishing to make a currency election should complete the form available in the Dividend Information section on the Company's website:
