Additional Sterling Quotation

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the "Company" or "Princess") announces that it intends to introduce an additional market quote in Sterling (the "Sterling Quote") for its existing ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange.

The Sterling Quote is intended to appear alongside the Company's existing Euro market quote (the "Euro Quote") and there will be no changes to the legal form or nature of the Company's shares nor to the reporting currency of the Company's financial statements (which will remain in Euros). For the avoidance of doubt, shares traded under either quote will have the same currency exposure, namely Euros.

The Board believes that the introduction of the Sterling Quote is likely to broaden the potential ownership of the Company's ordinary shares and in due course may therefore enhance their liquidity in the secondary market.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
