Teaming Agreement signed with Resource Group

Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or the "Group"), the AIM quoted supplier of integrated training and support solutions, products and services, principally to the defence, rail, aerospace and naval sectors and to Government Departments, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a teaming agreement with Resource Group (a service provider to airlines and OEMs, accredited by the regulatory authorities as an Approved Aviation Training Organisation).

Pennant and Resource Group (sharing common customers and operating in the same sectors) have identified a number of opportunities to work together to provide complementary products and services, enhancing end user experience and value, and on 26 September 2017, signed a teaming agreement which provides the framework to develop and implement these opportunities.
