Pennant International Group PLC15 April 2008 Pennant International Group Plc ("the Company") Director Dealings and Treasury Shares 15 April 2008 The Company announces that Max Pearce, retiring non-executive director of theCompany, yesterday sold 64,955 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company("Ordinary Shares"), held in his wife's name, at a price of 15.5 pence perOrdinary Share. In addition, John Waller, Finance Director yesterday sold 330,000 OrdinaryShares at a price of 15.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions Mr Pearce no longer has an interest in any OrdinaryShares and Mr Waller's beneficial interest in the Company is 354,097 OrdinaryShares, representing 1.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. All of the above Ordinary Shares have been purchased by the Company at 15.5pence per Ordinary Share to be held as treasury shares. The Company now holds1,512,955 ordinary shares in treasury.
