The Company announces that further to the transfer of ordinary shares between members of Mr Powell and his Concert Party on 10 December 2009, Mr Christopher Powell and his Concert Party hold ordinary shares as follows. The table below shows the holdings as disclosed in the Rule 9 waiver circular dated 19 June 2009, and, as at today's date.

As a result of these transactions the total number of ordinary shares held by Mr Powell and his Concert Party has not altered. There has been a percentage increase in the holding due to the fact that as of today's date there are 3,769,884 ordinary shares held in treasury compared with 2,512,955 ordinary shares held in treasury on 19 June 2009.
