Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The directors of Pembroke VCT plc are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "Offer") of new B Ordinary Shares in the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 tax years.

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in September 2026.
