Results announcement

The Company's directors ("Directors") are pleased to attach the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2026. The highlights include:

· Net asset value total return per share of 143.1 pence (+3.4p in the year).

· Net asset value per share of 97.6 pence.

· £286.2m fund size.

· 5.5 pence dividend per share (£14.8m) in the year to March 2026 (5.0 pence per share in the year to March 2025).

· £7.9m share buybacks completed in the year to March 2026.

· £6.6m share buyback completed in April 2026.
