Dividend Declaration

The board of the Company is pleased to announce that a resolution will be included in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be sent out in early September 2020, for shareholder approval of a proposed final dividend of 3p per Ordinary share and 3p per B Ordinary share to be paid on 29 October 2020. The ex-dividend date for both share classes is 24 September 2020 and the record date for payment will be 25 September 2020.

The last date for receipt of elections in respect of the Dividend Investment Scheme is 13 October 2020.
