Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, announces that on 1 August 2016, John Dobson, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, purchased 1,094,936 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1.83 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, John Dobson and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 3,780,036 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
