Petards Group plc (AIM: PEG), the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, announces that Raschid Abdullah, Chairman of the Company, has, on 30 January 2025, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 6.5 pence each. As a result of this transaction Raschid Abdullah holds a total of 3,676,909 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
