Contract Win

Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, announces that its subsidiary, QRO Solutions (QRO), has recently won a contract for the support and maintenance of one of its UK police force customer's ANPR camera infrastructure.

The contract, scheduled to commence in November, is for an initial period of three years with the customer having the option to extend this to a maximum of five years. 

The customer's ANPR camera infrastructure to be maintained and supported includes all its current fixed, re-deployable and in-car ANPR camera systems. The contract also includes a framework element under which the customer is able to purchase additional or replacement ANPR camera systems from QRO during the contract period.

The value of the full five years support and maintenance is over £0.4 million, to which will be added the value of all ANPR systems purchased under the framework element aspect of the contract.
