Purchase of Shares by Employee Benefit Trust
Peel Hunt Limited announces that JTC Employer Solutions Trustee Limited as trustee for the Peel Hunt Employee Benefit Trust, has acquired further shares in the Company in line with the intention stated in the 2022 annual report and accounts and now holds 4,929,685 Peel Hunt ordinary shares of no par value, representing 4.01 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
