Vislink PLC23 May 2007 Vislink plc Annual General Meeting trading updateWednesday 23rd May 2007 Vislink plc ("the Group"), the leading supplier of microwave radio and satellitetransmission products for the broadcast and security markets and CCTV systemsfor the marine security market, will hold its Annual General Meeting later thismorning. The Chief Executive, Ian Scott-Gall, will give a trading update to the meetingincluding the following comments. "The Group's first four month's trading is in line with expectations. In the US MRC continues to benefit from a strong domestic market and hasintroduced new microwave products which were well received at the recentNational Association of Broadcasters show culminating in a US$18 millionpurchase order for the domestic market. Link Research, the UK wireless camera business, is seeing excellent growth inAsia, including the Chinese broadcast market as part of the build up for the2008 Olympic Games. Link is also continuing to have success in Europe and havewon a contract to supply wireless camera radio systems for the European TouringCar race series. Link is seeing significant sales of HD Wireless Camera productsboth internationally and into the US domestic market through MRC. Advent, the UK satellite business, has won a significant order for the supply ofsatellite transmission products to a West African state broadcaster. MRC has wona US$2.1 million contract for the supply of Advent satellite antennas into theUS Defence Law Enforcement Security market. The Group continues to pursue anumber of contracts in this market sector both in the US and internationallywhich are expected to benefit the second half of the year. Hernis, our specialist marine safety and security business has continued to seea high level of demand in its offshore and marine markets and a strong orderintake.
