Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement of 7 April 2011 which set out a revised timetable for the Tender Offer, the Company is pleased to announce that the Resolution to approve the Tender Offer was passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.
It is expected that the result of the Tender Offer will be announced by 8.00 a.m. on 11 April 2011 at the latest and that the Tender Offer and Repurchase will be effected later that day.

Defined terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the circular sent to Shareholders on 23 March 2011 unless otherwise stated.
