Dividend declaration
Further to the Company's 'Preliminary Results' announcement released on 26 March 2014, the directors are proposing a final dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2013 of 1.25 pence per share, which will absorb an estimated £1.5 million of shareholders' funds. It will be paid on 18 July 2014 to shareholders who are on the register of members on 27 June 2014. The ex-dividend date is 25 June 2014.
