Dividend declaration

Further to the Company's 'Preliminary Results' announcement released on 26 March 2014, the directors are proposing a final dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2013 of 1.25 pence per share, which will absorb an estimated ยฃ1.5 million of shareholders' funds. It will be paid on 18 July 2014 to shareholders who are on the register of members on 27 June 2014. The ex-dividend date is 25 June 2014.
