Vislink PLC31 March 2008 Vislink plc Director shareholding 31 March 2008 The Company has been informed by Ian Scott-Gall, Chief Executive, that he hasexercised 60,000 share options at an exercise price of 26.5 pence per share on28 March 2008. Following this conversion Mr Scott-Gall will be interested in1,220,000 shares representing 0.88 per cent of the issued share capital. In addition the Company has been informed by James Trumper, Finance Director,that he has purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 28.75 pence per share on 28March 2008. Following this purchase Mr Trumper will be interested in 416,000shares representing 0.30 per cent of the issued share capital.
