Vislink plc ("The Group"), the global technology business specialising in secure communications for the news & entertainment and law enforcement & public safety markets, has been advised that Oliver Ellingham, non-executive director, has been appointed a non-executive director of Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited (formerly Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Limited) with effect from 14th October 2011.

Mr. Ellingham currently holds non-executive directorships in a number of companies including the Naafi Pension Fund. He is also Chairman and owner of Woking Storage Solutions.
