Vislink PLC30 March 2006 30 March 2006 Vislink plc Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority, the London Stock Exchangeand the Irish Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) totrading on the London Stock Exchange and Irish Stock Exchange's respectivemarkets for listed securities ("Admission") in respect of 1,200,000 ordinaryshares of 2.5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") under a block listing. The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with theexisting ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time pursuant tothe exercise of employee share options under the scheme. 710,000 of the1,200,000 ordinary shares relates to shares to be issued under the Save As YouEarn Scheme with the balance of 490,000 to be issued under the Executive ShareOption scheme.
