Petra announces, in accordance with LR9.6.14(R), that Deborah Gudgeon, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Serabi Gold plc, a UK incorporated company which is listed on London's AIM and the Toronto stock exchanges, with such appointment having immediate effect.
