3 February 2015 PICTON PROPERTY INCOME LIMITED ("Picton" or the "Company") PICTON ADDS TO HOLDING AT ANGOULEME WAY RETAIL PARK, BURY Picton, the property investment company, has completed the acquisition of thelong leasehold interest in two retail warehouse units located immediatelyadjacent to its existing holding at Angouleme Way Retail Park, Bury. The £3.9million purchase price reflects a net initial yield of 7.9%. The 96-year leasehold interest comprises two units totalling 29,609 sq ft whichare currently let to Argos and Poundstretcher for a further four years andgenerate a combined net income of £323,750 pa. The two units are locateddirectly opposite the A58 arterial road and The Rock shopping and leisurescheme.
