Notice of Directorate Change
Picton announces that Maria Bentley has informed the Company of her intention to step down from the Board as non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 30 July 2024.
This follows Maria's appointment as Chair of Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Limited with effect from 1 April 2024, where she is currently a non-executive director and Remuneration Committee Chair.
The Board will immediately commence a search for a suitable successor and a further update will be provided in due course.
Lena Wilson, Chair, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Maria for her considerable contribution to the Company, particularly in her role as Remuneration Committee Chair and also for her work on employee engagement and sustainability. The Board wishes her every success in her new role."
