PACHIN Concludes a Strategic Partnership Agreement with MICRO INKS
PACHIN Inks a fully owned subsidiary of Paints & Chemical Industries "PACHIN" (PACHIN.CA) has concluded a strategic partnership agreement with MICRO INKS LIMITED, a member of "Huber Group".
The Partnership will allow PACHIN to manufacture and sell different types of offset printing inks using the Technical Know-How supplied by MICRO INKS. It also grants PACHIN a license to use trademarks and brand names owned by the Huber Group in Egypt and Libya .
"This Partnership fits well with the company's strategy of establishing alliances with global manufacturers of printing inks in order to improve it's competitiveness in an industry that has witnessed a major consolidation over the last few years" Said Mr. Sherif Shawki the Chairman of PACHIN.
Mr. Shawki pointed out the fact that the "Huber Group" being the fifth largest inks company worldwide and having a strong brand loyalty in Egypt is the perfect partner for "PACHIN INKS" to launch a locally produced full range of value added offset inks in Egypt.
