The Company was notified today that on 6 September 2012, William Catchpole, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 73,645 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 15 pence each.

As a consequence of this transaction William Catchpole is now interested in 2,506,124 shares, representing 7.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
