Directorate Changes
IPPlus PLC today announces the appointment of Bernard Joseph Waldron, aged 53 as non-Executive Director, effective 1 January 2011. Mr. Waldron has extensive business experience in the global technology and business services marketplace including positions as Director of Business Strategy at IBM in New York and Executive Chairman of the former Maersk Data Group of companies based in Copenhagen.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, Mr Waldron currently holds directorships and partnerships with:
Ayresome Limited, The Venture Partnership Foundation Limited, Process Systems Enterprise Limited, McPhee Limited.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, Mr Waldron has held the following directorships and partnerships in the past 5 years:
Global Services Copenhagen, Global Services Aarhus, DMData, Kneip (Communications) S.A., Effective Learning,
Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
The Company also advises of the resignation of Stephen Allen as a Non-Executive Director, effective 31st December 2010. The Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mr. Allen for his committed service to the Company and extends its best wishes to him in his future endeavours.
