Directorate Changes

IPPlus PLC today announces the appointment of Jason Starr, as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from the 1st January 2015.

Mr. Jason Stuart Starr (aged 42) is currently Chief Executive Officer of Dillistone Group plc ("Dillistone"), the AIM quoted International supplier of software and services for the recruitment sector. Jason joined Dillistone in 1994 and was appointed Marketing Manager in 1996 before becoming Managing Director of Dillistone's UK business in 1998 and then CEO of Dillistone Group PLC when it was admitted to trading on AIM in 2006. Jason has a BA (Honours) business studies degree from the London Guildhall University.

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, Mr. Starr holds or has held in the past 5 years the following directorships and partnerships:

Mr. Starr does not hold any shares in the Company.

Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Further to the Company's announcement of 29 August 2014, after nearly nine years' service Philip Dayer has stated his intention to stand down as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 31st December 2014. The Board wishes to express tremendous gratitude to Mr. Dayer for his loyal service to the Company and extends its best wishes to him. Christopher Fielding, who joined the board on 29 August 2014, will take over the role of Chairman on Mr. Dayer's departure.
