Director Share Purchase
PCI-PAL PLC (AIM: PCIP), the global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications, has been notified that James Barham, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 110,941 Ordinary Shares at a price of 45.0 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction James Barham's beneficial interest in the Company increases to 371,093 Ordinary Shares representing 0.51 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
