The Company received a notification on 14th September 2011 from J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. stating that J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. exercises voting rights over 146,747,585 ordinary shares which represents 6.19% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049ordinary shares.
