Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCF" or the "Company") has been informed that on 6 December 2013, the Company's Chairman Mr David Anthony's notifiable holding has increased following the purchase by his wife of 101,731 ordinary shares at a price of 9.83 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Mr David Anthony's notifiable interest is 654,609 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.23 per cent. of PCF's ordinary share capital.
