Director/PDMR Shareholding
Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or the "Company") has been informed that on 10 July 2013, the Company's Chairman Mr David Anthony's notifiable holding increased following the purchase of 114,285 ordinary shares at a price of 8.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Mr David Anthony's notifiable interest is 552,878 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.0% per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
