Private & Commercial Finance Group plc ("PCFG" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that David Anthony has joined the board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Peter Shea and Faisal Al-Yousef have today stepped down as Non-Executive Directors.
David Anthony is a Chartered Accountant who was Chief Executive of Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC and Chairman of Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions Limited until 2010.
Tony Nelson, Chairman of PCFG commented: "We are delighted to welcome David to the board of directors and believe that his experience in our sector coupled with his impressive wider business experience will prove to be invaluable. Peter's intention to step down was announced in our recent Final Results and Faisal has been finding it increasingly difficult to find the time to travel to London from the Gulf for meetings of the board."
