Director's Dealing

The Board of Palace Capital was notified today that, on 20 March 2015, Richard Starr, an Executive Director of the Company, sold 32,258 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 360 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company also received notification today that, on 20 March 2015, Richard Starr purchased, in his ISA, 17,225 Ordinary Shares at a price of 360.1 pence per Ordinary Share. At the same time Richard Starr's spouse, Sharron Starr, purchased, in her ISA, 15,003 Ordinary Shares at a price of 360.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of these transactions the combined holding of Richard Starr and his spouse, Sharon Starr, remains 82,258 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.41 per cent. of Palace Capital's current issued share capital.
