The Company was informed on 4 October 2019 that, on 1 October 2019, the Trustees of the Sinclair Goldsmith Executive Pension Scheme, of which Neil Sinclair is the sole beneficiary, transferred 39,310 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 290 pence per Ordinary Share to Neil Sinclair.
There has been no change to the beneficial interest as a result of this transaction. Neil Sinclair and persons closely associated are interested in 253,066 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.55 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
