Notification of Transaction by Person Closely Associated ('PCA')
PensionBee Group plc (the 'Company') notifies that Lisa Walden, a PCA of Mark Wood CBE (a person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and Director of the Company), has transferred 65,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company to a self-invested personal pension (SIPP') held in her name. The transfer took place on 15 June 2022.
Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Mark Wood CBE and Persons Closely Associated remains unchanged at 2,827,200 Ordinary Shares:
Mark Wood CBE holds 2,762,200 Ordinary Shares
Lisa Walden holds 65,000 Ordinary Shares.
The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
The Ordinary Shares remain subject to the terms of such lock up arrangements as set out in the prospectus published in relation to the initial public offering of the Company's shares on 26 April 2021.
