Preference Share Dividend

The Board of Noventa regrets that it is unable to pay the dividend due on 10 July 2012 on its convertible redeemable £1 preference shares. The Board hopes that the situation will be rectified as part of its current fundraising efforts, as outlined in the Company's announcement of 28 June 2012. The Board expects to be able to provide an update to all shareholders prior to the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 23 July 2012.
