Issue of Equity

19 October 2010

Further to the Company's announcement of 1 October 2010, the issue of the first tranche of Additional Subscription Shares has now completed on the terms outlined in the announcements of 1 October 2010 and 3 September 2010; the 9,953,170 new ordinary shares of 0.04 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") subscribed for were admitted for trading on 15 October 2010. Following the subscription for the first tranche of Additional Subscription Shares, Compagnie Internationale de Participations Bancaires et Financieres SA will hold 9,953,170 Ordinary Shares, equating to 3.02% of the Company's enlarged share capital.

Following the first tranche of Additional Subscription Shares, the Company will have 329,936,018 Ordinary Shares in issue and following the issue of all of the 29,859,511 Additional Subscription Shares (as defined in the Company's 'Issue of Equity' announcement of 3 September 2010) the Company will have 349,842,359 Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
