Possible Dual Listing in Canada

In connection with its consideration of a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), which is subject to the successful restart of its Marropino Tantalum Mine in Mozambique, the following have been appointed to assist with the listing: Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP as Canadian legal advisors; Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. as the independent consulting firm to prepare the Technical Report (NI 43-101); and Pope & Company Limited as Sponsors. The target date for completion of the listing is June 2010.
