Pantheon Resources PLC05 July 2007 July 5, 2007 PANTHEON RESOURCES PLC Production Update-June 2007 The Board of Pantheon Resources ("Pantheon") announces that the company'scombined production on a working interest basis averaged 81.3 thousand cubicfeet a day ("mcfd") in June 2007. Second quarter 2007 production to Pantheonaveraged 74.1 mcfd. Pantheon's production for its financial year ending June 30 2007 averaged 47.0mcfd. First production was achieved on September 29, 2006 with the start-up ofthe Zebu discovery. Pantheon's historic monthly production is provided in Table 1. The Baptist#1 well came onstream on June 19, 2007. Pantheon has an 11.25% working interest("WI") in Baptist. Output from Baptist is augmenting production from Pantheon'sthree other natural gas fields on Project Wharton, Caddo (18.75% WI), Mohawk(18.75% WI) and Zebu (9.375% WI). The Company has at least a further 13 prospects on its Project Wharton ventureremaining to be drilled.
