Director Dealing
Pantheon Resources plc (AIM:PANR), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company with working interests in several conventional project areas in Tyler and Polk Counties, onshore East Texas, and onshore North Slope of Alaska, was informed today that, on 30 August 2019, Justin Hondris, a director of the Company, sold 100,200 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.22 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA account, the same number of Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.24 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also informed that 30 August 2019, Judith Hondris, the wife of Justin Hondris a director of the Company, sold 95,511 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.22 pence per Ordinary Share and then purchased, into her ISA account, 107,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.24 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Mr Hondris' and his wife hold in aggregate 1,388,722 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.28 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
