Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pantheon Resources plc ("Pantheon" or "the Company"), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration company with a 50% - 75% working interest in several conventional project areas in Tyler and Polk Counties, onshore East Texas, announces that pursuant to an amicable divorce settlement, Jay Cheatham has transferred 1,777,124 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") to his ex-wife, Kellee Cheatham, for nil consideration. Mrs Cheatham has indicated her support for the company going forward.
Following this transaction, Jay Cheatham, CEO of Pantheon, holds 1,983,404, which represents 0.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
