Director/PDMR Notification
Pantheon Resources plc (AIM:PANR) ("Pantheon" or the "Company") announces that on 22 April 2021, the spouse (or 'person closely associated') of Justin Hondris, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 64,516 Ordinary Shares at a price of 26.5p per ordinary share and then purchased into an Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of Ordinary shares at the same price. Following the completion of the sale and purchase, his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 1,453,238 shares representing 0.23% of the Company's total voting rights. This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
