Director's Dealing

Asian Plantations Limited (LSE: PALM), a palm oil plantation company with operations in Malaysia, received notification, on 13 February 2014, that East Pacific Capital Limited ("East Pacific"), a company wholly owned by Dennis Melka, Joint Chief Executive Officer, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 February 2014 at a price of 220 pence per Ordinary Share, representing, in aggregate, 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. This transaction results in Dennis Melka being the beneficial holder of 2,460,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.26 per cent of the share capital.
