Directorate Update

PageGroup plc ("PageGroup") announces that Steve Ingham, Chief Executive Officer, has had an accident whilst skiing resulting in a severe back injury. We anticipate this will lead to his absence from the Group for a number of weeks.

In Steve Ingham's absence, the PageGroup Executive team, all of whom are highly experienced and have worked within the Group for a significant amount of time, will continue to run the operations globally. During this period, the Executive team will be led by Kelvin Stagg, Chief Financial Officer, PageGroup.

A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
