Board change

PageGroup plc, the specialist recruitment consultancy (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Florence Mélique who will join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 June 2026. 

Florence will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Florence is Senior Vice President & Regional Managing Director of Visa Europe FBL (a subsidiary of Visa Inc.). She has over 25 years' international executive experience having previously been Chief Executive Officer of Willis Towers Watson, France & Luxembourg and Chief Executive Officer of Zurich Insurance in France. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Savills plc.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R in respect of Florence Mélique.
