Appointment of Director
Michael Page International plc ("PageGroup"), the specialist recruitment consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick de Smedt, who will join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 August 2015.
Patrick de Smedt, a Belgian citizen, spent 23 years at Microsoft, during which time he founded the Benelux subsidiaries, led the development of its Western European business and served as Chairman of Microsoft for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Since leaving Microsoft in 2006, Patrick has served on the boards of a number of European public and private companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Victrex plc and Kodak Alaris Holdings Ltd and Senior Independent Director of Anite plc and Morgan Sindall Group plc. Patrick was previously a Non-Executive Director of CPP Group plc.

There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.13R in respect of this directorship.
