Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2023, Paragon Banking Group PLC's capital consists of 228,681,680 ordinary shares with voting rights. Paragon Banking Group PLC holds 4,392,603 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Paragon Banking Group PLC is 224,289,077.

The above figure (224,289,077) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Paragon Banking Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
