Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company")
Grant of Options under The Paragon Sharesave Plan 2019 (the "Sharesave Plan")
The Company announces that on 31 July 2025 the Director ("PDMR") detailed in the table below was granted an option to purchase ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company pursuant to the Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of £7.548 per share.
The Sharesave Plan is HMRC approved and available to all of the Company's employees, subject to qualifying conditions.
